Esther Kuznetz

President
Financial Advisor/Planner

I started in this industry as a secretary on Wall Street in the 1980’s.  It was fast-paced, interesting and challenging.  I learned an exceptional amount of information in those years “On The Street.”  I moved to Sarasota in 1991 and in 1995, I joined a small independent firm, Sara-Bay Financial, where I was reintroduced to the financial industry and truly found my calling.  After 13 years at Sara-Bay, it was time for me to go out on my own and work with my clients “my way.”  I joined Raymond James, where I again learned volumes of information and grew professionally, only to realize that I was much happier being independent.

I have a passion for what I do.  I believe my passion shows through in how I work with my clients and how I help plan and build my clients' financial futures so they can focus on what really matters and not worry about their assets and retirement income.  I am an advisor, counselor, best friend, sister and confidant all in one.  I think my clients would agree.

I enjoy building relationships with my clients where there is a support team that includes not only me, but also other professionals, such as their attorney and accountant.  We all work together to attain the end result of asset growth, present and future retirement income, estate and trust planning, tax strategies, legacy planning and generational asset transfers.  I believe in a “whole picture” approach, where all goals and needs are identified, are continually monitored and different strategies are utilized.

Financial Advisor/Planner

After 20 years of successfully starting, operating and selling businesses in the New York Metropolitan area, I moved my family to Bradenton Florida in 2004 and started the search for what would be the next chapter of my life.

In 2006, I joined Raymond James & Associates in their newly opened Lakewood Ranch office and began my career in the financial services industry. Because of my experiences in operating customer focused businesses and having been a locally elected official, I felt drawn to the client first focus that is job #1 in being a Financial Advisor/Planner. It’s the same one on one personal interaction that continues to drive me today.

In 2015 I joined Benjamin F. Edwards in a newly opened Sarasota office where I was afforded the opportunity to take on supervisory roles as Branch Manager and then Regulatory Supervision Manager. This training and experience in the “back-office” and regulatory aspects of the industry was eye opening and confirmed my belief that there was a “better way” to operate an office and engage with clients.

I’ve known Esther since our time at Raymond James, and over those many years we have shared an entrepreneurial vision for an office that provides client focused solutions that allow clients to focus on living their lives rather than watching “the market”. An office that doesn’t focus on the corporate bottom line or selling expensive products.

My client-first commitment to you begins by asking questions and listening to your responses about your current situation and plans for the future. Are you new to investing? What are your plans for retirement? Are you transitioning your wealth to the next generation? Are you caring for a family member? As we discuss these issues, we’ll work side-by-side to evaluate your current financial picture and explore your investment time horizon and your tolerance for risk. Each of these steps will help us develop a personalized investment program that will be designed to meet your current and projected needs.

By creating goals and identifying future obstacles, I work with Individuals and families to help organize and manage their financial plans; business owners to potentially maximize the benefit the owner receives by establishing customized retirement and profit-sharing plans; CPA's and Attorney's to analyze, design and present comprehensive plans to meet a wide range of client needs.
